Cozy and friendly vibes!

I stayed for 2 nights and loved how cozy the room was! Staff were super helpful, and I felt like I was visiting friends. Breakfast was cool with waffles and muffins, but the whirlpool tub could've used a deep clean. Overall, it was a nice spot for some rest after a long day.

A major drawback is the lack of elevators, forcing guests to haul their luggage up the stairs. Additionally, I found the beds to be quite hard and uncomfortable, and the plumbing in one of the rooms had minor issues that required some attention to resolve. The breakfast options could use more variety since they were somewhat limited during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this place with the kids! The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. Eating breakfast there was convenient, especially with little ones—waffles and bagels were a hit! Plus, it's close to the local parks and golf courses for some fun.

My kids wished for a pool to splash around in. It would definitely add to the experience for families like ours.

We hit up Burchfield Park for some outdoor fun and checked out Chisholm Hills Golf Club for golf. The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed a good breakfast selection to start our day right.

The TV remote didn’t work well, and it was frustrating trying to get it fixed.

It was just a prime choice for a weekend pause in Charlotte with fantastic value for money. The desk clerk's slow service was annoying, but the bed was decent enough for a good night's sleep. Try to avoid the breakfast area if you can. it gets crowded.
